How to Care for Your Mascot

After Every Use

Dry it out! Never pack a mascot away while it is damp with sweat. Hang the jumpsuit up and place the head upside down in a ventilated area to dry completely. This prevents mold and odors.

Cleaning Instructions

  • Head: Surface wash only. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent. Do not submerge in water (it may damage the fan or eyes).
  • Body Jumpsuit: Most Rushopn jumpsuits are machine washable (cold water, gentle cycle). Hang dry only. DO NOT use a dryer.

Storage & Repairs

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not compress the head. If the fur gets messy, use a standard pet slicker brush to fluff it back up. For small tears, a simple needle and thread works best on our plush fabrics.
